Kids these days...

I actually hate it when I see people online posting about how stupid or terrible the younger generation is. It just makes you look like a grumpy old curmudgeon when you complain about “kids these days” and in many cases you just showcase your own generation’s failure to teach the youth. HOWEVER…I have a gripe with Gen Z.

One of the things that will quickly drive me insane is when I’m scrolling along on social media and I see some ridiculous take from a Gen Z know-it-all who thinks they invented some idea because they have absolutely no ability to recognize that people came before them. That’s my beef with Gen Z. It’s been my observation that every other generation before has recognized that the generations before them had some experiences and that their views were based on those experiences. Gen Z tends to think that everyone was a complete idiot before they came along to enlighten them.
